1. Use of the website

You may use the website, demos and public tools for normal business orientation and evaluation. Misuse, disruption, automated overloading and attempts to bypass security or access controls are not permitted.

Content, scans, calculators, AI answers and examples are intended to support business decisions. Results may depend on entered data, assumptions, sources and current circumstances. Always verify business-critical decisions in your own context.

3. Accounts and access

Where an account is required, you are responsible for careful use of your access credentials and for actions performed through your account. Access may be restricted in cases of misuse, security risk or breach of agreements.

4. Intellectual property

The website, brand assets, texts, models, software and design remain the property of Bedrijfsgeheugen or the relevant rights holders unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Your own company data remains the property of the organisation that provides it.

5. Availability and changes

Bedrijfsgeheugen may improve, change or replace features. Agreed service, delivery and termination terms apply to paid services. The public website and demos may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or recovery.
