The benchmark
Compare your organization's maturity with that of comparable companies, on knowledge, processes, systems and AI. You see where you're ahead and where the potential lies.
RESEARCH
Data and insights for better decisions.
Much is claimed about digitalization in SMEs and little is measured. That's why we collect our own figures: where knowledge leaks, what automation really delivers and how far companies have actually come with AI. What we find we publish, even if it turns out uncomfortable.
The monitor
Ongoing figures on digitalization and AI use in Dutch SMEs, updated whenever new data is available.
Articles and analyses
What does an integration really cost, why do AI projects fail, what happens to knowledge during aging and business succession. The elaborations are in the knowledge base.
