Order booked — great. But no customer record, no history, no alert when a regular customer goes quiet. The data flows, but no one looks at it.
Your integration books the order. Who follows up with the customer?
Webshop integrations book your orders — and that’s where they stop. Connect is the layer on top: customer records, automatic follow-up on quotes and inquiries, and one summary email every Monday. It works with your existing integration or sets one up itself. From €29 per month.

Your connection works. And yet you’re still spending hours a week on it.
Webshop integrations exist — often even for free. But they are financial pipes: order in, booking out. Everything that makes a customer a customer stays behind:
An inquiry without a follow-up date is an order for your competitor. No accounting integration can do anything about that.
For companies that rely on quotes — form or inbox in, order out — there is no standard integration. Everything is manual.
That’s what a survey of online store owners shows. The pipeline is there; the overview and follow-up are missing. That’s the real leak.

Already have a (free) integration from e-Boekhouden, Combidesk, or Webwinkelfacturen? Perfect — Connect reads along and builds on top of it. No integration? Connect will create one.
History, orders, and agreements in one place. Customer calls? Everyone immediately knows what's going on — even when the regular contact person isn't there.
Proposal with no response or abandoned cart? After X days, a polite follow-up email is sent automatically, in your tone. You get a notification if they respond.

Built for Dutch software packages, Dutch VAT and Dutch support. Where international tools remain generic, this feels right at home.

"I have been helping SME companies with AFASDutch ERP package for administration, HR and payroll. Many SMBs have their single source of truth in it., Exact and Microsoft environments for fifteen years — and at every company I see the same thing: healthy businesses losing hours per week to retyping and forgotten follow-ups. Zapier is too technical, ERP too big. That's why I'm building Connect: the in-between solution that should have existed. I'm sharing the entire build publicly on LinkedIn — including what goes wrong. Sign up and build with me: the waiting list determines which integrations I build first."
Honest answers
Aren’t there already webshop integrations — sometimes even free ones?
That’s right, and they’re great at what they do: booking the order. That’s where it ends — they’re financial pipes without a customer record, follow-up, or signals. Connect doesn’t compete with them; it builds on top of them. It uses the data flowing through your existing integration and turns it into visibility and follow-up. If you don’t have an integration yet (for example, because you work with quotes and inquiries rather than webshop orders), Connect sets one up itself.
When does Connect go live?
The first version (WooCommerce + Moneybird/e-Boekhouden) is scheduled for the coming months. Waitlist members get access first, in signup order. The build updates show you exactly where we are.
What will it really cost?
Starter €29/month (1 channel + 1 accounting integration), Growth €59/month (unlimited orders + automatic follow-up + Monday morning email), Pro €99/month (multiple channels + APIAn agreed connection point with which two systems can read and write each other's data, without anyone having to type anything over."). Always excl. VAT, always monthly cancellable.
Is my data safe?
Integrations use the official, secure APIs of your webshop and accounting software (OAuth — your password never leaves those systems). Data is processed in the EU and belongs to you; everything is deleted if you cancel.
I don't have a webshop, just a site with an inquiry form — is this useful for me?
Exactly. The universal form connector turns every request into a customer record with automatic follow-up, and transfers accepted quotes to your administration. Select "own website" in the form.
Does joining the waiting list commit me to anything?
No. You'll get the launch email and 1-2 build updates. The 3 months free are an offer, not an obligation.
Type over this order number. Once is doable. Forty times a day, every day, is a job.
The way it works now
- The appointment is in one colleague's mailbox
- Data is manually retyped from one system to another
- The person who knows is on vacation
- No one can see afterwards why this decision was made
As it is
- The agreement is stored with the client, findable for everyone
- Once entered, information flows through to the rest
- Work continues, even if someone is absent
- Every decision has a source, an owner, and a date
